Family sharing is free for up to 3 children and 2 guardians. Additional children/guardians and premium features may be provided via a paid subscription later.
In Family features, create an invite code and share it. The invited user can enter the code in the app to manage the same child’s data together.
The code may have expired, reached its usage limit, or been revoked. If the code looks correct but still won’t connect, ask for a new invite code and try again.
Each child can have up to 10 active routines. Keeping a reasonable number of routines helps children focus and feel accomplished. If you hit the limit, remove completed routines and add new ones.
Start small with 1–2 items per day. Choose “easy wins” first so your child can build confidence quickly.
It helps with short, clear agreements—like staying seated during meals or playing at the playground for the agreed time.
You can organize key events and tasks—daycare, lessons, appointments, and special plans—and use reminders so you don’t miss what matters.
21days uses local notifications and only schedules actual reminder times within the next 3 days (excluding times that already passed). If you haven’t opened the app for a long time, new routines or schedule changes may not be reflected in notifications right away. If reminders are often missing, open the app once to refresh and update your notifications.
Notifications are calculated by the app and re-registered on your device. After editing schedules or routines, opening the app once helps ensure notifications are updated with the latest info.
If your device time or time zone changes, reminder times may shift. Please double-check and adjust reminder times if needed.
No, you cannot use both settings at the same time in the current version. Please register weekly recurring events as [Recurring Events] and schedules that span several days, such as trips or camps, as [Duration Events].
Currently, only the primary caregiver can register schedules, while invited co-caregivers can only view the registered schedules in real-time. Future updates will introduce a premium membership feature that allows the entire family to edit schedules together.
Yes. After signing in with your existing account, you can link Apple/Google in Settings. Once linked, you can sign in to the same account using the linked social login.
No. Linking is supported, but merging two different accounts into one is not currently supported.
If you already signed up with email and then sign in again via social login using the same email, a separate account can be created. To keep your existing data (children, routines, history, etc.), link social login to your existing account instead of creating a new one.
If you sign up with email, registration completes after you tap the verification link sent to your inbox. If you don’t see it, check Spam/Promotions as well.
If you use Apple’s Hide My Email, it may be recognized as a different address from a regular email login. In that case, it may not automatically link to your existing email account.
Deleting your account may delete your personal info and your child data as well. However, if there is another active guardian connected via an invite code, that guardian can continue managing the child’s data. If there are no other active guardians, the child profile, routines, completion history, growth records, and coin history may be deleted and cannot be recovered—please decide carefully.
Features like sign-in, account linking, entering invite codes, and saving records can be affected by network conditions. If your connection is unstable, saving or syncing may be delayed—please try again shortly.
