1. 데이터 저장과 보호
- 서버 저장: 계정 정보, 자녀 기본 정보, 자녀 프로필 이미지(썸네일), 루틴 내역, 칭찬 코인은 21days 서버(Supabase)에 안전하게 저장됩니다.
- 소셜 로그인: Google 또는 Apple 로그인 이용 시 해당 제공자로부터 사용자 식별 정보, 이메일 주소, 프로필 정보(제공 범위에 한함)를 제공받아 계정 인증 및 로그인 처리에 활용할 수 있습니다.
- 이용자는 Google 또는 Apple 계정을 이용하여 회원가입 및 로그인할 수 있습니다. 이 경우 회사는 로그인 처리와 회원 식별을 위해 해당 서비스 제공자로부터 필요한 범위의 정보를 제공받을 수 있으며, 구체적인 수집 항목과 이용 목적은 개인정보처리방침에 따릅니다.
- 알림 서비스: 앱 알림 제공을 위해 기기 푸시 토큰 및 알림 수신 설정 정보가 처리될 수 있습니다.
- 로컬 저장 (사진): 자녀의 ‘성장 기록’ 사진 및 관련 이미지 데이터는 이용자의 모바일 기기 내 로컬 저장소에만 보관되며, 회사 서버로 전송되거나 저장되지 않습니다.
- 데이터 유실에 대한 책임: 이용자가 앱을 삭제하거나 기기를 초기화할 경우, 로컬에 저장된 성장 기록 사진 데이터는 복구가 불가능합니다. 서버에 저장된 데이터(프로필 이미지 포함)는 계정 로그인을 통해 복구 가능하나, 로컬 데이터의 유실에 대해서는 회사가 책임을 지지 않습니다.
2. 요금 및 광고
- 21days는 기본적으로 무료로 제공됩니다.
- 회사는 서비스 운영을 위해 앱 내 배너 광고를 게재할 수 있습니다.
- 광고는 서비스 이용을 현저히 방해하지 않는 범위 내에서 제공됩니다.
- 회사는 광고 제공을 위해 외부 광고 서비스 사업자(예: Google AdMob)를 이용할 수 있습니다.
- iOS 기기에서는 광고 관련 추적 허용 여부를 별도로 요청할 수 있으며, 이용자가 추적을 허용하지 않더라도 비개인화 광고가 표시될 수 있습니다.
- 광고를 통해 연결되는 외부 웹사이트나 서비스는 회사가 통제하지 않으며, 해당 서비스의 이용으로 발생하는 결과에 대해 회사는 책임을 지지 않습니다.
3. 지켜주셔야 할 약속
- 앱을 해킹하거나, 비정상적인 방법으로 칭찬 코인을 조작하는 행위는 금지됩니다.
- 칭찬 코인은 가족 간의 약속을 위한 가상의 도구이며, 현금으로 교환하거나 환불할 수 없습니다.
4. 책임의 한계
- 21days가 제공하는 육아 팁이나 루틴은 보조적인 가이드일 뿐, 전문적인 의학/심리 상담을 대신하지 않습니다.
- 무료로 제공되는 서비스이므로, 예측 불가능한 서버 장애나 고객님의 부주의로 인한 데이터 유실에 대해 21days는 법적인 책임을 지지 않습니다.
5. 서비스 운영 및 지적재산권
- 서비스 내 모든 디자인, 텍스트, 소프트웨어, 상표 등에 대한 권리는 회사에 귀속됩니다. 이용자는 회사의 허가 없이 이를 무단 복제하거나 상업적으로 이용할 수 없습니다.
- 회사는 운영상, 기술상의 필요에 따라 서비스 내용을 변경하거나 중단할 수 있습니다. 무료 서비스의 특성상 중단 시 별도의 보상 의무를 지지 않으나, 중대한 변경의 경우 사전에 공지합니다.
마케팅(광고성) 정보 수신 동의
1. 수집 및 이용 목적
회사는 이용자의 별도 동의를 받은 경우에 한하여 이메일 주소, 푸시 토큰, 서비스 이용 정보 등을 활용하여 신규 기능 안내, 이벤트, 혜택, 서비스 관련 소식을 전달할 수 있습니다.
마케팅 정보 수신 동의는 선택사항이며, 동의하지 않아도 서비스 이용에는 제한이 없습니다.
이용자는 앱 내 설정 또는 별도로 안내되는 방법을 통해 언제든지 동의를 철회할 수 있습니다.

또한, 동의하신 후에도 언제든지 [앱 내 설정 > 알림 설정] 메뉴에서 수신 동의를 철회(알림 끄기)하실 수 있습니다.

1. Data Storage and Protection
- Server Storage: Account information, basic child information, routine history, and praise coins are securely stored on the 21days server (Supabase).
- Local Storage (Photos): Photos in your child’s “Growth Record” and related image data are stored exclusively on your mobile device’s local storage and are not transmitted to or stored on the company’s servers.
- Liability for Data Loss: If you delete the app or reset your device, locally stored photo data cannot be recovered. While data stored on the server can be recovered by logging into your account, the company assumes no responsibility for the loss of local data.
2. Fees and Advertising
- 21days is provided free of charge by default.
- To maintain the service, ads may be displayed within the app, provided they do not obstruct the screen.
- The Company has no control over external websites or services linked through advertisements, and the Company is not liable for any consequences arising from the use of such services.
3. Terms of Use
- Hacking the app or manipulating Praise Coins through unauthorized means is prohibited.
- Praise Coins are a virtual tool for family agreements and cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
4. Limitation of Liability
- The parenting tips and routines provided by 21days are intended as supplementary guides only and do not replace professional medical or psychological counseling.
- As this is a free service, 21days assumes no legal liability for data loss resulting from unforeseeable server failures or user negligence.
5. Service Operation and Intellectual Property Rights
- All rights to the designs, text, software, trademarks, and other content within the service belong to the Company. Users may not reproduce or use this content commercially without the Company’s permission.
- The Company may modify or suspend the service based on operational or technical needs. Due to the nature of the free service, the Company bears no obligation to provide compensation in the event of suspension; however, prior notice will be provided in the event of significant changes.
Consent to Receive Marketing and Promotional Information
1. Purpose of Collection and Use
This information is used to provide updates about new 21days features, useful parenting content recommendations, event and promotional benefit notices, and customized advertisements from partner companies.
2. Items Collected and Used
Email address, device push token, and service usage history
3. Retention and Use Period
The information is retained and used until consent is withdrawn or membership is terminated.
4. Right to Refuse and How to Withdraw Consent
Users have the right to refuse consent to receive marketing information, and even if they do not consent, they may still use the core 21days services, including routines and praise coins, without restriction.
Even after giving consent, users may withdraw it at any time by going to [In-App Settings > Notification Settings] and turning notifications off.
